The Inland Valley Sports and Arena Commission is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization serving the youth and sporting
needs of the local and regional community. Incorporated in May of 2007, I.V.S.A.C. is currently focused on providing a multi-purpose
sports arena venue to the Murrieta/Temecula area. This area's 200,000 plus residents are faced with long
drives and weekly trips to arenas 45-80 miles away for skating related sports and activities. The local schools
and sports clubs need a venue to host community based ice, roller and dry floor sporting events as well as graduations,
trade shows, dances and business expos. The proposed four-rink Inland Valley Sports Arena will fill this void and
also provide a venue for regional and national competitions.

Mission Statement: The mission of our organization is to utilize the collective energy and resources
of the local community to foster and nurture the growth of recreational and competitive amateur sports programs through the
creation of new facilities and the improvement of existing ones.
The immediate focus of the Inland Valley Sports and Arena Commission: Phase 1: Gather
public, private and civic support for our ultimate goal of bringing a multi-purpose, multi-rink facility to the community.
Prepare and present a design, construction and operational plan for the facility to creatively lease or purchase the property
and secure financing for the arena.
Phase 2: I.V.S.A.C. will oversee the design, construction staffing
and operation of the multi-rink sports facility. The income from the facility will amortize the construction loan within the
terms of the land lease agreement (5 to 10 years). During this time the arena will serve the needs of the local community
as well as the sports community in general.
